Let's be honest, payroll is a commodity that can be done in-house, outsourced, or through your CPA. VSI, through client feedback and a determination to create a competitive advantage, understood what solution for payroll was going to work best for the small business community. First, our per check fees are the only fees you'll see on an invoice. We don't have monthly, quarterly, or year-end fees like our competitors. Second, we don't have any desire to make money on your money. VSI does not debit your account for taxes and hold onto those funds in order to earn interest. We pay your tax and other employee liabilites (ie. garnishments) when they are due, not weeks or even months in advance.

Most small and medium sized business don't require a full time HR representative, however these same businesses have many of the same requirements as large businesses. Your options are therefore to ask your office manager or worse, yourself, to maintain compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.
